Coca-Cola’s National Christmas Ceremonial Lighting

Christmas is really just around the corner: Coca-Cola Philippines, Inc. lit up the streets of Ballecer and Miranda in Central Signal Village during its National Christmas Ceremonial Lighting last November 8.

The said event, hosted by famous celebrities Julia Montes, Joyce Pring, Denise Laurel and Robi Domingo, is a simultaneous Parol lighting ceremony nationwide of all sari-sari stores all over the Philippines under the partnership of STAR (Sari-Sari Store Training and Access to Resources) Program and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) .

To date, the STAR program has produced 26,586 trained and empowered sari-sari store owners all over the country with a target of 200,000 by year 2020.

Mayor Lani Cayetano celebrated the event together with TESDA secretary Joel Villanueva, Coca-Cola Philippines Vice President for Marketing Jasmin Vinculado and other Coca-Cola Philippines, Inc. officials.
