New Generations Conference

More than 500 students and Rotary Club representatives from Taguig, Pateros, Parañaque, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Makati and Palawan attended the annual New Generations Conference hosted by the Rotary Club of Parañaque Lakan-Bini and Rotary International District 3830 held at the Taguig City University (TCU) Auditorium last November 8.

Members of the Rotaract Club of TCU also had their induction ceremonies as witnessed by Councilor Jojo Eron and TCU President AP Bartolome.

With the theme, Breaking Barriers to Success, the youth conference aims to enhance the abilities of its members through Rotary activities in the hopes that they become future business leaders. It promotes the 4-way test: Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Speakers RJ Ledesma, Michael Topado, Pablo “Chef Boy” Logro and Enrique Fausto also shared their expertise and experiences to the participants.

Present in the event were Rotary International District 3830 Governor Angelito “Lito” Colona, District Service Team Officers Mr. Jay Tambunting and Ms. Jo Alagao and Rotary Club of Parañaque Lakan-Bini Best President Ms. Annie Shotwell, along with other club presidents and vice presidents.
