Blood Letting Activity at Barangay Western Bicutan
Blood donors participated in the Blood Letting Activity organized by the Taguig City Health Office held last February 07 at Tenement Covered Court, Barangay Western Bicutan.
The blood donation drive is a program of the local government of Taguig in partnership with the Philippine Blood Disease and Transfusion Center.
The agreement will ensure available blood in case of emergencies.
“Some people may consider donating blood as just a small act but for those in need of it, it is an extension of life,” according to Mayor Lani Cayetano.
In attendance were Congressman Lino Cayetano, Ms. Fille Cainglet-Cayetano, Barangay Captain Nick Supan, and members of the City Health Office.
