Launching of PhilHealth’s Point of Care Enrollment Program for Taguig City

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Point of Care Enrollment Program for Taguig City was formally launched during the Flag Raising Ceremony last 09 March and hosted by the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital (TPDH).

PhilHealth in its effort to provide true financial risk protection to all Filipinos especially the poor has further strengthened its enrollment program.

PhilHealth formalized its “point-of-care enrollment program” which targets non-members belonging to Class C-3 or D confined in government hospitals.

The program will also benefit existing members not currently eligible for financial protection due to lack of qualifying contributions and also classified as Class C3 or D.

Mayor Lani Cayetano and Vice Mayor Ricardo Cruz Jr. joined the flag raising activity together with city officials and city hall employees.
