NNC’s Annual Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI)
Mayor Lani Cayetano welcomed to the city the evaluators from the National Nutrition Council (NNC) who are conducting the Annual Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation or MELLPI for city nutrition programs.
The city under Mayor Lani’s administration has achieved so much in its fight against malnutrition.
Last year, Taguig City bested all cities in the National Capital Region (NCR) as NNC-NCR awarded the Green Banner award to Taguig City for the outstanding nutrition program implementation and management.
Also, among the cities in NCR, Taguig has the biggest improvement in the fight against malnutrition. It placed 5th in year 2012; 4th in 2013 and 2nd last year.
