DILG and Local Chief Executives Forum
The local government of Taguig joined the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Local Chief Executives Forum last November 25 at DILG-NAPOLCOM Center in Quezon City.
City and municipal mayors of local government units (LGUs) converged last Wednesday to sign the Manila BAYanihan, a manifesto of their commitment to was launched to restore the glory of Manila Bay with clean-up drive.
A total of 32 mayors, one vice mayor and representatives from 96 LGUs from Region 3, Region 4A, and National Capital Region inked the Manila BAYanihan during the Manila Bay Local Chief Executives Forum organized by the (DILG) at the DILG Central Office in Quezon City.
DILG is one of the government agencies being directed by law to clean up the Manila Bay.
