Mayor Lino Cayetano reprimands 2 brgy captains; LGU takes over quarantine ops in 1 brgy and relief distribution in the other
MAYOR’S STATEMENT
In relation to the incident in Brgy. Tanyag, Mayor Lino Cayetano immediately reprimanded the barangay captain.
The Taguig City local government will now take over the enhanced community quarantine operations in the barangay until necessary.
Mayor Lino has also ordered the closure of all establishments within the area.
Only one person per family will be allowed to leave their homes. Violators will be apprehended.
As to the incident in Barangay Pinagsama, Mayor Lino likewise reprimanded the barangay captain.
The city government will take over the distribution of the goods in the barangay.
