Announcement from Scholarship Secretariat (Taguig)
LANI Scholarship Application for the 3rd & LAST Batch for the First Semester of SY 2015-16, will be on SEPT. 1-4 (Tue to Fri), & SEPT. 7,8, & 9 (Mon to Wed), INSTEAD of Aug. 24-28.
Reason? To give way to the Scholarship Allowance Distribution of the roughly 7,000 qualified LANI applicants under the 2nd batch during that week.
To serve you better, we will start receiving applications on those dates beginning 7AM (instead of 9AM). Depending on the number of applicants lining up, we may impose a cut-off by 2PM or earlier.
Venue will still be at the Cayetano Science High School (SRCCMSTHS) Auditorium.
Be sure that you have completely filled up the most recent application form (available at the City website), and attached all the required documents in the same order as they appear in the Checklist. Prepare two complete sets. Bring also with you the original documents as 3rd set, for comparison and/or validation purposes.
Applicants who should have applied in the first 2 batches but failed to do so, may join the 3rd batch. But priority and preference will be in favor of those schools listed specifically for 3rd batch.
NO proxy allowed. ONLY STUDENT-APPLICANTS shall be allowed entry into the auditorium. For a more orderly application processing, we are discouraging bringing along parents, grandparents or other relatives when you apply. We will invite them later for the distribution of allowance but NOT during the application.
