Eid’l Adha Celebration at Maharlika Village
The local government of Taguig held a talent search and cultural show that highlighted the Muslim celebration Eid’l Adha last September 24 at the Bandar Covered Court, Barangay Maharlika Village.
Eid’l Adha, also called the Feast of Sacrifice or Bakr-Eid, is the second of two religious holidays celebrated by Muslims worldwide each year.
Dance performances were rendered by participants to depict the rich Muslim culture in our country.
Leading the event were Vice Mayor Ricardo “Ading” Cruz Jr., city councilor and ABC President Yasser Pangandaman, together with Muslim leaders from barangay Maharlika.
