Multi sectoral Stakeholder Alliances (MSA) for Tuberculosis (TB)Control


The Taguig City Health Office participated in the Multi sectoral Stakeholder Alliances (MSA) for Tuberculosis (TB)Control held last June 11 at the Max’s Forbes Town, Bonifacio Global City.

Their discussion centered on how to strengthen efforts to combat TB in Metro Manila.

Taguig City govrrnment has installed Tuberculosis Directly Observed Treatment Short-Course (TB-DOTS) Clinics in different barangays.

Dr. Isaias Ramos, Officer-in-Charge of City Health Office represented the city together with Mr. Norman Mirabel, Taguig PESO Manager.

Others who participated in the activity were representatives from USAID; Philippine Business for Social Progress; League of Cities of the Philippines; and Department of Health.
