Located in the southern section of Metro Manila and northwestern shore of Laguna de Bay
Bordered by Makati City, Pateros and Pasig City on the north, Pasay City on the west, Paranaque City on the southwest, Muntinlupa City on the south, Cainta and Taytay on the northeast, and Laguna de Bay on the east. Napindan River, a tributary of the Pasig River, forms the common border of Taguig and Pasig City. Taguig River, another tributary of the Pasig River, cuts through the northern half of the City.
