Start a new business

Several documents are required by the BPLO to help determine if it should grant a permit to do business. Review the list below for the requirements to start a business:

  1. Application Form (3 copies)
    1. Location Sketch
    2. 2×2 formal picture of logo of business
    3. 3R Size picture of front and exterior of establishment
  2. Barangay Clearance
  3. SEC Certificate (Articles and Bi-laws) or CDA Registration
  4. Lessor Permit and copy of Lease Agreement/Lease Contact or Affidavit of consent from the Lessor if leasing.
  5. Insurance Policy or official receipt of Comprehensive General Liability (CGL)
  6. Zoning Clearance & Locational Clearance
  7. Certificate of Occupancy
  8. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
  9. Latest RPT Tax Payment Receipt

  11. Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA)
