The City of Taguig is conducting a COVID-19 Assessment Survey for individuals who might be at-risk of COVID-19. This tool was created to make assessment more accessible for individuals who have limited capacity to leave their homes and consult in the nearest health facility.

SYSTEMATIC MASS APPROACH TO RESPONSIBLE TESTING IN TAGUIG CITY

Two ways to get assessed:

A. Take an assessment through www.taguiginfo.com.

B. Call Taguig COVID-19 hotline and health centers for the assessment to be delivered to you.

Those who need to be tested will receive a control number with date and time for testing through e-mail and further instructions to fill-out forms.

C. You can be scheduled to be tested at your nearest Health Center via hatid sundo.

D. Or scheduled for drive-thru testing in Lakeshore or BGC (for those who have their own vehicles)

Drive-thru Testing Process

1. Arrive at drive-thru testing site on scheduled date and time.

2. Present digital copy of control number to Receiving Booth.

3. Proceed to testing area to get tested.

4. Receive anti-COVID kit.

5. Await results and advice from CEDSU via phone call.

Hatid sundo process

1. You will be scheduled a pick-up service for transit to health center.

2. Present digital or printed copy of control number to health workers.

3. Proceed to testing area to get tested.

4. Receive anti-COVID kit.

5. Await results and advice from CEDSU via phone call.

Taguig aims to provide PCR Testing to 15,000 Taguig residents.
